The Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) has granted license to AC Energy to engage in retail electricity supply in September 2016. With its retail electricity supplier (RES) license, AC Energy is now authorized to sell electricity to the Contestable Customers under its retail arm, AC Energy Retail.
